For smaller residential or commercial projects in Ireland, this model offers predictable costs by establishing fixed architectural fees upfront.

  • Preplanning Application starting from €900 + VAT.
  • Planning Application starting from €1900 + VAT.
  • Retention Planning Application €2290 + VAT.
  • Tender Package starting from €2490 + VAT.
  • Commencement Notice starting from €3490 + VAT.
  • Opinion on Compliance starting from €1290 per opinion + VAT.

 

Percentage of Construction Cost

This flexible pricing model ties our fees to the overall cost of construction, making it an adaptable choice for larger, more complex projects. As your project’s scope evolves, so do the fees, ensuring they scale proportionately. When determining architectural fees in Ireland, this model adjusts fees based on your project’s total construction cost.

Example:

  • 7 – 15% + VAT for residential projects.
  • 5 – 8% + VAT for residential larges scale projects.
  • 7 – 15% + VAT for commercial projects.
  • 5 – 10% + VAT for commercial projects.

 

Hourly Rates for Architectural Services

For smaller projects, consultations, or where the scope is yet to be fully defined, our hourly rate offers maximum flexibility. Whether you need advice on design or require ongoing assistance, our hourly model ensures you only pay for the time you need.
