Peter is a graduate of the University of Architecture and Urbanism Ion Mincu Bucharest, holding a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Architecture. He is an official Graphisoft Certified Archicad BIM Manager. Over the years, he has earned several certificates from Graphisoft Center, including Archicad Project Audit for Auditors, Parametric Complex Profiles in Archicad, Remote Design Presentation with BIMx, BIMcloud as a Service and BIMcloud Expert. Prior to joining Costin Stefanescu Architects, Peter has worked for Art Building Project, Polarh Design, and Puran Architecture & Design.
Peter is a Member of the Technical Commission for Land Use and Urban Planning in Miercurea Ciuc City. He is a Co-Owner of Wasp Motion and a Freelance Designer. Additionally, he holds the position of a Training Specialist in Archicad.

In 2010, Costin began his professional journey as a Research Assistant for CCPEC-UAUIM, working on Historical Studies for the Master Plan of Galati City under Professor Doctor Nicolae Lascu, and from 2010 to 2015, he enthusiastically contributed to Architectural Cultural Heritage projects, including Class A Historical Monuments and UNESCO Protected Monuments, with Polarh Design while also undertaking individual projects encompassing residential development, private residences, healthcare facilities, sports facilities, and collaborations with various architects from his hometown of Suceava.
In 2016, he moved to Ireland, where he worked with Chris Ryan Architects, Davey+Smith Architects, O’Briain Beary Architects and Meitheal Architects before starting his own practice.
Costin holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Architecture and Urbanism Ion Mincu Bucharest. In 2021, he completed Postgraduate Certificates in NZEB Policy and Technology from TU Dublin, followed by a comprehensive year-long program from 2021-2022 focused on Building Performance Energy Efficiency in Design. This program included Postgraduate Certificates for critical aspects such as Hygrothermal Risk Assessment, Thermal Bridge Modeling, and Building Energy Modeling using DEAP.
